Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Tallahassee, FL is hiring for a full‑time sales role focused on insurance and financial solutions. You will build a client base through community engagement, referrals, and proactive outreach while earning base pay plus incentives and full benefits.

You’ll manage relationships, qualify prospects, and close sales with a focus on customer service and trust in the AAA brand. A ramp‑up incentive supports early earnings as you grow your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group Membership products
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships and financial products; uncover needs, generate new business, retain clients, grow portfolio, close sales, and meet targets
• Conduct insurance reviews to assess risk, identify gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines
• Build rapport with members/clients, respond professionally and urgently, support customer satisfaction and trust in AAA brand
• Engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities
