Danny Day Insurance Agency – Allstate in Redding, CA is hiring an insurance sales professional for an in-office, full-time role. You will build relationships with existing clients, welcome walk-ins, and explore bundling and additional coverage opportunities.

You’ll listen carefully, explain options clearly, and confidently ask for the business when the fit is right. A positive mindset and coachable attitude are valued as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• At least one year of insurance experience.
• California Property and Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work in person at our Redding, CA office.
• Strong communication skills over the phone and face-to-face.
• Sales judgment: you recognize client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and confidently ask for the business.
• Business judgment: you understand how client retention, new sales, and accurate work contribute to a successful agency.
• A positive mindset, personal accountability, and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing clients and welcome walk-in customers, turning conversations into opportunities to serve and sell.
• Lead thoughtful coverage conversations, explain options, and communicate value beyond price.
• Ask for the business and handle objections to help clients move forward with coverage that fits their needs.
• Maintain consistent daily activity: outreach, quotes, and follow-ups, and respond promptly to clients.
• Keep CRM records current and gather complete application information, following carrier underwriting and documentation requirements.
