Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred; insurance experience helpful but not required.
• Confident, persuasive communicator who asks for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead follow-up, and community relationships.
• Conduct insurance and financial-services conversations with prospective and existing customers.
• Recommend, explain, quote, and sell appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads.
• Meet established activity, sales, and production goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships that support retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow carrier requirements.
