Qualifications
- Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain before start date.
- Life & Health license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working toward goals.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers, develop insurance quotes, and present coverage options.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and identify opportunities to grow the agency.
- Explain insurance products clearly and help customers make informed decisions.
- Provide friendly, professional service throughout the sales process.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
