Allstate Insurance Agency - Michael Paul in Maryland is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to help grow the local agency. You will engage new prospects, build trusted relationships, and apply insurance knowledge to demonstrate value and secure long-term coverage.

You will achieve sales goals, identify leads, and educate customers on protecting their families and assets. Training and development are provided, with base compensation plus uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses to sell insurance.
• Confident, motivated, independent worker.
• Able to multi-task and follow up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
