Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new and existing customers through calls, in-person visits, and referrals
• Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products (life, auto, home, health, etc.)
• Explain coverage options, pricing, and policy details in a clear and professional manner
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build rapport with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (notes, quotes, applications, follow-ups)
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and customer outcomes
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting requirements, and compliance policies
• Convert leads and follow up promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience
