You will recruit, train, and develop producers, drive production goals, and collaborate on marketing efforts with the Agency Owner. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales leadership or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
