Jey Willis State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to support daily agency operations and customer success in Canton, GA. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services products while delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, building lasting relationships through trusted guidance and responsive support.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales (outside/inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products/services to meet those needs.
• Establish and follow up with customer relationships as needed.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service including inquiries on product availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations.
