Jaron Snoeyenbos State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customers’ success in Greeneville, TN. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

The role emphasizes proactive marketing of relevant products and services, with focus on delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
