Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant in the Dallas area to achieve sales goals by acquiring new group submissions and developing broker growth plans. You will maintain relationships with brokers, deliver product training, and support activation of new member opportunities.

Responsibilities include outreach to brokers, conducting seminars/webinars, coordinating marketing materials, and representing Warner Pacific at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and/or advanced education or degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of Insurance Sales experience – (preferred).
• Agent / Agency contacts – (preferred).
• Valid Texas life/health insurance license – (preferred).
• Must reside in the Dallas Ft. Worth area or surrounding area to Ft. Worth.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to self-start and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers and build selling relationships to increase sales of all product lines.
• Prospect inactive brokers to find new sales opportunities.
• Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
• Make outbound and follow-up calls to brokers.
• Coordinate, communicate and educate with team members to ensure broker messaging is consistent.
• Document leads and communication in Salesforce.
