John Kim - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to join their Chicago, IL team. You will educate customers on auto, home and life insurance, build relationships, and drive growth in the community.

The role emphasizes a needs-based sales process, appointment setting, lead development, and eventual licensing in property & casualty and life/health insurance to support customers' financial goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• People-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Must be proactive, detail oriented and able to work in a team.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based approach.
