Job summary

SullivanCurtisMonroe Insurance Services LLC. is seeking motivated salespersons for its Broker Associate Development Program to build them into successful Insurance Agents. The program offers mentorship, training on insurance knowledge, prospecting, the sales process, and SCM differentiators.

The Broker Associate will develop a personal book of business through cold calls, networking, and appointments, leveraging SCM capabilities and Senior Producers’ guidance to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1-3 years, B2B, outside sales experience required.
• Possess a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 30 days.
• Strong sales acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and online communication tools.
• Ability to learn and understand complex insurance products and industry regulations.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Broker Associate is responsible for generating new relationships, business opportunities and developing their own book of business.
• Identify and develop a pipeline of prospects via cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and in-person appointments.
• Discover prospect pain points and engage with SCM service teams to deploy appropriate SCM capabilities and solutions.
• Pairing our Senior Producers' experience to create meaningful results for prospects and clients.
