The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship-building skills, 1–3 years in insurance sales, and is comfortable with CRM and sales software.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales software.
• Property & Casualty or other relevant insurance license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and develop new insurance leads.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers.
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
• Prepare quotes and assist customers with policy applications.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients.
