Right Fit Advisors in Florida is hiring motivated, sales-driven individuals to join a growing insurance team and build a rewarding career in the industry. The role welcomes both experienced agents and newcomers willing to obtain their Florida insurance license, with paid training and 100% inbound leads at no upfront cost.

You will handle inbound leads, educate customers, recommend coverage, and work with multiple carriers in a full-time, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Florida Insurance License preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Florida insurance license.
• Must be able to work in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities
