Job summary

One80 Intermediaries seeks a Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines to support the New Business Sales team with clerical duties, application processing, and client communications. This role emphasizes accurate records, timely updates, and excellent service to producers and customers.

The position requires a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) and solid experience in customer service or sales within the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers with clerical/administrative tasks including post-event emails and application processing.
• Represent the producer in communications with clients, carrier reps, and coworkers.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with endorsements, applications, and payments.
• Communicate status updates and changes to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Handle phone system tasks including warm transfers, conferencing, and multi-line calls.
• Learn and support BIL processes and departments.
