Job summary

Fallon Insurance Agency is hiring motivated individuals to break into the insurance industry with no experience and no license required to start. You’ll begin as a paid Sales Development Representative, half your day on calls and half studying for your P&C license, with pay during training.

After licensing, base pay increases to $20/hour plus per-policy pay, and top producers exceed $100,000 a year. A year-end profit-share and full benefits complete a genuine career path from Producer to leader.

Here’s what makes this different: we pay you while you train and get licensed. You don’t have to figure it out alone, on your own dime.

Here’s how it works. You’ll start as a paid Sales Development Representative. Half your day, you’ll be on the phones calling leads, setting appointments, and learning our system from the ground up. The other half, you’ll study toward your Property & Casualty license, on the clock, with our guidance every step of the way.

Once you pass your P&C license exam, you step up a higher base, plus per-policy pay on every policy you write, plus everything that comes with being a full Fallon producer. From there, you’ll round out your Life & Health licensing on your own time while you’re already earning as a producer.

Responsibilities

During the paid training phase (SDR):

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to agency-provided leads

• Use your paid study time to complete your Property & Casualty courses and pass the P&C exam

Once Licensed (Producer):

• Quote and build complete AAA households
• Conduct coverage reviews and consultations by phone
• Follow up consistently and cross-sell appropriate coverage
• Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals

Requirements
