Job summary

The Juris Agency is launching a Paid Training | Base Pay + Commission Insurance Sales Protégé Program in Temecula, CA. This hands-on, coach-supported pathway trains you to become a successful insurance producer with a clear career track and ongoing coaching.

You will learn to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies, build client relationships, and grow your book of business through mentorship and structured training. Strong communication and a self-motivated mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (Life & Health accepted as well or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals, follow up on leads promptly and effectively
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and benefits
