Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored advice.
2. Lead Management: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty License prior to start date.
• At least one year of experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Passion for helping clients and meeting their insurance needs.
• Proficiency in digital tools, CRM software, and virtual communication platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with remote work, including time management and organization skills.
