Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Heathrow, FL, is seeking a full-time, relationship‑driven sales professional to help customers find insurance and financial solutions. You’ll build a book of business with ramp-up earnings support and a $5,000 New Agent Ramp-up Incentive while growing your pipeline and base pay with incentives and full benefits.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:30 pm. You’ll engage locally, network in the community, and use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and referrals

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high‑traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG’s insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
• Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.
• Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value.
