Licensed Insurance Agent Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns
• Review renewals and cross sell
• Respond efficiently and professionally to customer requests
• Gather and process information requests as well as route the information
• Maintain knowledge about company's products and/or services
• Assist in sales
• Professionally communicate with Clients
• Type and process letters and e-mails
• Learn and manage marketing plans for the agency

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing
• Learn and retain knowledge of products and/or services
• Ability to analyze situations and implement solutions
• Strong organizational and communication skills a must
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel
