Confie, a leading insurance broker, seeks an Insurance Agent in Fort Wayne, IN. You will primarily sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, leveraging a high-volume inbound lead flow and walk-in traffic.

Responsibilities include soliciting new business, maintaining current levels to hit goals, and educating clients on suitable products. A strong sales mindset and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
