Confie in Lawrence, IN is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This full-time role features unlimited commission, a strong incentive program, and inbound leads with walk-in traffic.

You will receive comprehensive paid training and licensing, continuing mentorship, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals
• Build relationships with clients to expand sales and cross-sell
