Pronto Insurance is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our Lancaster, CA team. You will provide service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, and promote insurance solutions in person and by phone.

No prior insurance experience is required; fully paid training is provided and licensing costs are covered. You may travel to other office locations within the region as needed. Compensation includes hourly base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.

Compensation: Hourly base pay Vs. commission.

Schedule: Full-time availability required.

Training: Fully paid training provided. No prior insurance experience required.

Licensing: We cover licensing, exam fees, renewals, and provide support throughout the process. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office as needed and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills.
