We offer mentorship, structured training, and a clear path to leadership with licensing support to help you build a personal book of business in the Denver area.

Expect a 3–5k monthly base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with potential to exceed $10,000 in monthly earnings through a growing client portfolio and active growth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Must be a self-starter with long-term growth mindset.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must live in or be able to commute to the Denver Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Build strong relationships with clients and help protect what matters most to them.
• Learn sales, business development, and client management skills from experienced agency professionals.
• Manage renewals and ongoing customer relationships.
• Work toward building your own book of business.
• Complete insurance licensing with study materials and support provided.
