Base Pay (Remote): $22.00 - 24.00 / hour, non-exempt + MONTHLY BONUS

About You and Your Experience

  • A current Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Proven insurance sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid office environment.
  • Self-motivated problem solver thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adaptability and quick mastery of new processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—written, verbal, and presentation—able to communicate product features and benefits clearly.
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning new systems rapidly.
  • High initiative, drive, and eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
