John Kaminski State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to join the Fremont, MI team. This role focuses on sales, relationship building, and customer service to grow income and advance within the agency.

You will develop new customers, identify insurance needs, and present Auto, Home, Life, and Health products. Competitive, coachable individuals who are motivated to succeed are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Motivated and goal-driven with a sales mindset.

• Willing to obtain required insurance licenses before starting.
• No prior experience required, but sales or customer service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships through proactive sales and marketing.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationships.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to uncover additional opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and agency sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Take ownership of your results and continuously work to improve performance.
