Job summary

Marsh is seeking a risk advisory professional in the US to support construction/wrap-up books of business. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact, building strong relationships with clients while coordinating with internal teams and insurers to deliver tailored solutions and drive growth.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance, a bachelor’s degree, and a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including construction/wrap-up
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients’ priorities and needs.
• Review client exposures and loss history with risk expertise to develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in client presentations and propose solutions to attract new clients and projects.
