Job summary

United Insurance in Augusta, Maine, is seeking a Risk Services Associate to support Account Managers by delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.

You will handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and inquiries while developing proficiency in the EPIC agency management system and showcasing strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain state P&C licensing within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily requests for ID cards, cancellations, payments and reinstatements.
• Process transactions according to agency workflows and document accordingly.
• Maintain positive, team-oriented relationships and assist Account Managers.
• Prepare summaries and proposals to aid Account Managers' sales efforts.
• Develop expertise in the EPIC system and improve workflow documentation.
