The Insurance Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring subcontractors, vendors, and service providers maintain insurance coverage that meets company, contractual, and project requirements. This role reviews insurance documentation, identifies deficiencies, communicates requirements, and works directly with subcontractors, vendors, insurance representatives, and internal teams to obtain compliant documentation, resolve outstanding issues, and support project and operational needs.
The ideal candidate has a background in commercial insurance, a strong understanding of insurance requirements and coverages, and the ability to manage multiple compliance matters while working with both internal and external stakeholders.
