Job summary

Fisher Industries, a vertically integrated family of businesses, seeks an Insurance & Risk Compliance Manager to oversee company insurance programs and risk management initiatives across projects nationwide. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Risk Management, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance programs, contract insurance requirements, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and claims management.
• Experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor insurance policies, certificates, and endorsements to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain certificates of insurance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Review contracts and subcontracts for insurance and risk-compliance.
• Assist with management and administration of company-wide insurance programs (general liability, auto, workers' comp, property).
• Assist with claims process, including reporting and tracking with carriers and TPA.
• Analyze claims data and loss trends to identify risk reduction opportunities.
• Partner with safety and operations to implement loss prevention strategies.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and internal compliance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and risk-related documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
