Responsibilities

• Provide insurance due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Assist with RMIS data entry, tracking exposures, and reporting.
• Coordinate with portfolio companies and Blackstone on risk management needs.
• Ensure contracts, policies, certificates, and risk documents are organized and retained.
