Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is a family-owned pharmacy seeking a PAP Supply Rep to manage the PAP resupply program, verify insurance eligibility, collect deductibles and copays, and ensure orders are shipped or picked up accurately.

You will follow up on system alerts, create insurance campaigns, maintain templates, coordinate with doctors, and provide prompt customer support while upholding our values of service, teamwork and respect.

Qualifications

• Prompt response to customers.
• Computer savvy and accurate data handling.
• Experience with insurance eligibility and copays.

Responsibilities

• Create resupply orders and manage PAP campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns to ensure calls complete and templates stay updated.
• Verify patient files linked to templates for accuracy.
• Communicate with doctor's office to coordinate orders.
