Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 80-200+ active project files at various stages of the supplementing process.
• Work from estimates and documentation prepared by the estimating team to support file progression.
• Communicate with insurance carriers (phone and email) to reconcile differences and move files forward.
• Submit supplements with clear documentation and supporting materials.
• Provide timely updates to clients throughout the lifecycle of each file.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Deliver clear summaries and communication to clients upon file completion.
