Job summary

JB Consulting Systems is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee insurance restoration projects from initial call to final completion. You will estimate, schedule, manage budgets, and coordinate field teams and trade partners to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities include preparing estimates, meeting with clients, developing scopes of work, managing from inspection to completion, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, restoration, or project management experience.
• Experience estimating and managing construction projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read plans and understand construction scopes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for insurance restoration and reconstruction projects.
• Meet with clients, gather project information, and develop scopes of work.
• Manage projects from initial inspection through final completion.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track budgets, billing, and change orders.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and team members.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and provide proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
