ServiceMASTER, a leader in disaster restoration, seeks a Construction Project Manager/Estimator for the Columbus, GA location. The ideal candidate has construction project management experience and understands residential insurance restoration (smoke, fire, water damage) and Xactimate.

You will write estimates using Xactimate, develop relationships with insurance adjusters and subcontractors, and act as the primary liaison between customers and the insurance carrier, while guiding projects from

• Experience writing estimates with Xactimate.
• Construction project management experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and subcontractors.
