ServiceMASTER is seeking an Estimator for our Columbus, GA location. The ideal candidate will estimate residential insurance restoration losses (fire, smoke, water) and manage both mitigation and repair scenarios using Xactimate and related tools.

The role involves coordinating with insurance adjusters, customers, and project managers, with on-call rotation and features a company vehicle for field work. Competitive compensation offered based on experience.

Qualificações

• Experience estimating residential insurance restoration (construction, smoke, fire, water damage).
• Ability to inspect losses in potentially hazardous situations.
• Knowledge of construction and mitigation of fire and water damage.
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect losses, determine scope, and write estimates for fire, water, or construction losses using Xactimate and sometimes Symbility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters.
• Serve as liaison between customer and insurance carrier.
• Manage job updates using Xactanalysis and Dash platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Work with project managers to develop supplements as needed.
• Communicate with adjusters and team members to aid in job completion.
