Modern Remodeling, Inc. seeks an Insurance Restoration Estimator to scope storm, water, and other insured losses for residential properties in Manassas, VA. You will create detailed estimates using Xactimate and work directly with homeowners, adjusters, and carriers to close profitable projects.

Ideal candidates have experience in insurance restoration or construction estimating, strong communication, and the ability to manage documentation, supplements, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance restoration or construction estimating.
• Xactimate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance scopes, pricing, and supplements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties and scope storm, water, and other insured losses.
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate.
• Work directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and insurance carriers.
• Manage claim files, documentation, and supplements.
• Negotiate scope and pricing when necessary.
• Present upgrades and material selections.
• Ensure projects meet company quality and service standards.
