This role independently handles compliance activities, collaborates with underwriting, claims and legal teams, and contributes to regulatory change management, reporting, and process improvements. The position requires a 2-year degree and 1–3 years of insurance experience (preferably in complaint handling) with strong MS Word, Excel and Acrobat skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree and 1–3 years insurance compliance experience.
• Experience with complaint handling and regulatory filings preferred.
• Ability to research regulatory changes and communicate impacts.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regulatory complaints and manage the consumer complaint register.
• Prepare, submit, and manage standard regulatory filings.
• Review circulars and guidance to identify business impacts.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, and operations on compliance changes.
• Assist with internal audits and process-improvement projects.
