Job summary

Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) is hiring a meticulous individual to lead efficient, accurate operations as a full-time Quality Review Supervisor in our Hopkins, MN office. You will verify the quality of inspection reports for insurance purposes and supervise a team of review specialists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and high accuracy.
• Effective leadership and professional communication.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn company software.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of review specialists to verify accuracy and compliance of inspection reports.
• Monitor workflows and provide coaching to maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with management, operations, and QA to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Assist with scheduling, delegation, and performance management as needed.
