Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) in Hopkins, MN is hiring a meticulous full-time Quality Review Supervisor. You will lead a team that verifies the accuracy and compliance of inspection reports for insurance purposes, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will train staff, monitor workflows, and coordinate with management, operations, and QA to resolve issues and improve processes while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Effective, professional communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn company-specific software.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience in underwriting, insurance, quality review, home inspection, mortgage service, property preservation, or supervisory/leadership role would be beneficial; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of review specialists to verify the accuracy and compliance of inspection reports.
• Supervise daily assignments and provide coaching and feedback.
• Train new employees on procedures and support team development.
• Monitor workflows to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with management, operations, and quality assurance to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Assume leadership duties like scheduling, task delegation, and performance management, and ensure policy compliance.
