Captive Resources, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Support Program Management professional to assist in reviewing and evaluating new business, renewals, and audits. You will work with brokers to resolve outstanding submissions and support member development by tracking activity in the company CRM system.

A bachelor's degree and at least two years in insurance are required. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, proactive communication, and strong analytical skills to ensure submission

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and submit documents for new and renewal business and audits.
• Ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure submissions are reviewed effectively.
• Adhere to service level agreements for new business, renewals and audits.
• Handle invoicing of captive premium.
• Provide superior customer service to clients and brokers.
• Keep company systems accurate and up-to-date.
