Amerisure seeks a Product Development Manager to lead the product portfolio planning, development, and maintenance. The role focuses on enhancing Amerisure’s expertise in target markets and requires managing the product backlog, evaluating market trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The position is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 from home) with offices including Farmington Hills, MI. Travel up to 20% may be required and CPCU or similar designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work-related experience.
• 10 years demonstrated coverage analysis experience within the insurance industry or similar role.
• 5 years management experience in Commercial Property and Casualty Lines in a product management or similar role preferred.
• CPCU and/or other property and casualty certifications preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Lead the product team in planning, development, and maintenance of Amerisure’s product portfolio.
• Manage, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports.
• Develop and execute Amerisure’s product strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain a complete product map and evaluate product interactions.
