Accredited - Specialty Insurer in New York is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of insurance products across commercial and personal lines. You will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

The role reports to the Chief Underwriting Officer and offers a hybrid work model in New York with a base compensation of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, plus

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, risk/insurance, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial P&C product management or related roles.
• Experience with multi-line commercial and personal P&C insurance.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, ISO/AAIS forms and rules, and state filing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the New York office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, enhancement, and implementation of insurance products and programs across multiple lines (admitted and surplus lines).
• Review regulatory updates to evaluate impacts and coordinate required changes in product, form, rule, rating, and system updates.
• Draft policy forms, endorsements, applications, underwriting guidelines, and rating methodologies for regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and Compliance to address coverage interpretations, issues, and language updates.
• Coordinate governance of product materials, including forms library and filing support documentation for regulatory approvals.
• Manage product lifecycle by assessing performance, profitability, and regulatory changes to drive enhancements.
