This leadership role partners with senior stakeholders to deliver insights, monitor performance, support strategic planning, and influence decisions that impact outcomes.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate insights to executives and business leadership, reporting to a VP, Product Analytics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or services.
• Experience interpreting data to derive actionable conclusions.
• Ability to present findings to varied audiences in an understandable frame of reference.
• Experience driving results in sales, product lines, claims, or core business functions.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-divisional projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analytics and reporting for a diverse Commercial Lines portfolio.
• Provide strategic insights that support growth, profitability, and operational decisions.
• Develop executive-level reporting, business reviews, and dashboards.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to improve results.
• Support forecasting, planning, and product strategy with data-driven analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align insights with business priorities.
• Guide analytical work across initiatives and manage teams for performance.
• Foster a data-informed culture with clear, actionable recommendations.
