American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics to shape business decisions and drive profitable growth across our Commercial Lines portfolio. This leadership role partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insights, monitor performance trends, support strategic planning, and influence key decisions that impact business outcomes.

You will report to a VP, Product Analytics and translate complex data into actionable recommendations while communicating insights

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Experience interpreting data and financial information to actionable conclusions.
• Experience communicating findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience driving results in sales, product lines, claims, or related areas.
• Experience leading large cross-divisional projects or programs.
• Leadership experience in product management or development with focus on profit and loss.
• Knowledge of market research, regulatory trends, and product design/management.
• Advanced financial and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analytics and reporting for a diverse Commercial Lines portfolio.
• Provide strategic insights supporting growth, profitability, and operations.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities/risks, and recommend actions.
• Support planning, forecasting, and product strategy with data-driven analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to align insights with business priorities.
• Guide analytical work across initiatives and teams.
• Foster data-informed decision making and a collaborative, inclusive culture.
• Oversee product research, pricing models, and development opportunities.
