Job summary

HomeServices Insurance (HSI), part of the HomeServices of America family, seeks a client-focused insurance professional. You will assess risk, tailor coverage solutions, and drive results through proactive sales and relationship-building across personal lines.

The role offers an aggressive incentive plan tied to new business production, with unlimited earning potential, and opportunities to grow within a nationally respected real estate network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years’ successful personal lines insurance sales experience.
• Excellent sales and marketing skills.
• Working knowledge of insurance agency operations, coverages, rates, markets and laws/codes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell personal lines insurance policies; proactively contact all leads to quote and place coverage.
• Foster referral relationships with real estate professionals to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide direction to new business specialists to ensure proper client onboarding.
• Monitor and report potential insurance errors or complaints to management.
• Stay current on industry trends and carrier underwriting requirements.
• Keep licenses current, including CEUs as needed.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
