Job summary
Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Insurance Producer in Business Insurance to develop a robust prospecting plan, network centers of influence, and deliver the firm's value proposition across opportunities. This role focuses on growing the book of business and building trusted advisory relationships with clients.
You'll bring a high school diploma and active Florida 2-20 license, plus B2B sales experience and proficiency with MS Office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active 2-20 Florida insurance license.
- Prior B2B sales experience with consultative selling.
- Proficiency with MS Office incl. Excel.
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Risk Management preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methodology for developing prospects into clients specifically related to Business Insurance.
- Network centers of influence to develop new opportunities.
- Deliver MMA's value proposition for each opportunity and align the Agency's resources and capabilities.
- Leverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects and business relationships.
- Producers at MMA are: Revenue Growth Driver, Primary Relationship Steward, Lead Strategist, Complex problem solver

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and Active 2-20 Florida insurance license
- Prior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
- Proficiency Agency Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher (specialization in Risk Management highly preferred)

- Ability to engage and present with the "C" Suite
- Business Acumen/Strategic thought process
- Proven track record in the development of new clients & retention of existing relationships
