Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Producer to join our sales team in South Carolina. You will prospect, acquire, and service clients’ insurance needs through face-to-face interactions, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored coverage across Employee Benefits and Commercial lines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside sales, holds a South Carolina Employee Benefits or Property & Casualty license, and resides in SC.

Competenze

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• South Carolina Employee Benefits or Property & Casualty License.
• Residency in South Carolina required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs, risk exposure, and long-term goals.
• Recommend coverage, policy terms, and carriers with tailored proposals.
• Source quotes from multiple carriers and compare options for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
• Prospect via referrals, networking, and outreach to build a strong book of business.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and centers of influence.
• Stay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, regulations, and competitors.
• Track sales activities and report KPIs to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and policy servicing.
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional ethics.
