Job summary

BRANDT RAMSEY & ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an Insurance Producer with at least 3 years of sales experience to join our Virginia team. You will build lasting client relationships, generate new business, and meet monthly and annual sales goals.

You will conduct needs-based consultations, present coverage options, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with regulations. A P&C background is preferred, and MS Office/CRM proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Producer or Insurance Sales Agent.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management/CRM software.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
