Acquire Recruiting is seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to join a growing independent agency in Sterling, VA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in personal lines insurance and exposure to commercial lines who is ready to build a successful book of business.

You will develop new business, build relationships with clients, present proposals, and work with carriers to quote and bind coverage, while pursuing sales goals and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience selling personal lines insurance.
• Commercial lines knowledge or experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Experience with an independent agency or direct-writing insurance company will be considered
